7 large quohaugs, steamed and removed from shells - reserve both the broth and shells
1 small package stuffing mix
1 onion, chopped
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. thyme

Directions:
Directions:
Remove cooked quohaugs from shell and chop.
In medium frying pan saute onions in the melted butter until soft. Add broth from quohaugs to frying pan and add stuffing mix, bring to boil according to stuffing mix directions. Stir in thyme and chopped onion. Mix well and stuff the shells with this mixture. Dot with butter and broil until just golden brown.
