2 - 4 oz. cans of mild diced chiles (or hot!)
12 oz. shredded Monteray Jack cheese
6 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
2 eggs
2 tbl. milk
1 tbl. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Grease baking dish. Into dish, place alternating layers of cheese, then chiles, cheese, then chiles, etc. Mix together eggs, milk and flour and pour over the layers of cheese and chiles.

Bake at 350 for 1 hour - let sit for a few minutes before cutting into squares.
