16 large mushrooms
1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs (italian style preferred)
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 tbl. parsley
1 tbl. chopped chives or onions
Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper
3 tbl. butter.

Directions:
Directions:
Wipe mushroom caps and stems to clean. Remove the stems and chop finely. Melt the butter over meduim heat and saute the chopped stems lightly. Mix in the bread crumbs, eggs parsley chives and salt and pepper. Brush caps with butter and arrange cup side up on buttered baking dish. Fifll each mushroom with stuffing and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 until cheese is golden brown.
