3 eggs
1 cup cream corn
2/3 cup oil
1 cup buttermilk
1/2 bell pepper
1 small onion chopped
salt
1 cup grated cheese
1/2 in

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients and pour 1/2 into a 9x13 casserole dish. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of grated cheese then add the remaining mix and top with remaining cheese. Bake for 30 - 40 minutes.
