1 c. milk
2 c. Biscuit
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. Baking powder
Food coloring (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs with electric mixer, stir in milk.
Combine dry ingredients.
Gradually beat dry ingredients into egg mixture.
Beat for 3 minutes.

Option: here you can portion off different batches and add
some color to them before steaming. Great fun for little keiki.

Grease small muffin pans, pour into prepared pans, filling
cups half full.

Steam for 15 minutes or until done.
