1/2 c. margarine or butter
2 med. zucchini
1 clove garlic minced
1 med yellow summer squash
1 tsp dried oregano
1 large tomato
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Slice the zucchini and summer squash into thin slices. Cut the tomato into 8 wedges.
Place the margarine (butter) and garlic into a 2 quart casserole. Microwave at high (100%) until margarine is melted. (1 - 1 1/2 min.) Mix in oregano, basil, salt and pepper. Add the remaining ingredients except the tomato. Cover the casserole and cook on high (100%) until squash is tender, (~5 - 10 Minutes), stirring about half way through cooking time. Stir in the tomato, cover and let stand for 2 minutes.
