1-1/2 - 2 lbs. ground beef (lean)
8 servings instant mashed potatoes
Velveeta cheese
Butter
Garlic Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and drain. Season with garlic salt to taste. Stir about a quarter to one half stick of butter in with about a tablespoon of flour. Stir only until butter is melted. Put in to a jelly roll pan or a 9x13 cake pan. Slice Velveeta cheese and put on meat mixture. Mix potatoes according to package directions and spread over cheese. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and put a few tabs of butter on top. Bake at 350 for approximately 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
