1 - 16 oz can artichoke hearts
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup parmesan cheese
8 drops tabasco
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

Directions:
Directions:
Drain and mash artichokes. Mix artichokes with all other ingredients and pour into quiche dish or pie plate. Bake at 350 for 25 - 30 minutes. Serve with melba rounds.
