4 chicken breasts (boneless and skinless)
4 small potatoes (diced and peeled)
butter
1 tbsp minced garlic
Lemon pepper (sprinkle to taste)
Garlic salt (sprinkle to taste)
Pepper (sprinkle to taste)
2 red bell peppers
2 green bell peppers
1 medium white onion

Directions:
Directions:
Cut tin foil for each chicken breast enough to wrap each chicken and vegetables separately (approx. 18 inches). Using spatula smeer butter heavy on each piece of foil. Lay chicken breast in the center of each foil. Layer on top of chicken diced raw potatoes, seasonings, bell peppers and onion. Fold tin foil and pinch top up. Set on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for approx. 1 hour depending on the size of chicken breast. If larger cook longer. Remove from tin foil and put on dinner plate
