1 Egg 1 C. Pineapple Tidbits
1/2 C. Sugar 1/2 pkg. Miniature Marshmallows
2 T. Flour 1/2 pt. Whipped Cream (or Cool Whip)
1 C. Pineapple Juice optional: Maraschino Cherries or Cashews

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, add sugar, flour, pineapple juice and cook until thick stirring constantly.

Add to marshmallows and pineapple tidbits stir, then add whipped cream after the mixture has cooled a little. Refrigerate till ready for use.
