Ingredients:  
1c. brown sugar
2 c. boiling water
1 Tbsp butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 cup flour
1/2 c milk
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 c. raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first three ingredients in an 8" x 8" pan.
Mix remaining ingredients and put on top of syrup. Bake 1/2 hour @ 350.
