2 cups sugar
2 tsp soda
cup oil
2 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
2 cups flour
4 cups unsweetened peaches, sliced thin

Directions:
Directions:
Use a large spoon to mix together sugar, soda, eggs, oil, vanilla, salt, and cinnamon. Add flour, the dough will be stiff. Add peaches and mix well by hand. Batter will be wet. Pour into a 13x9 inch ungreased pan. Bake 45-60 minutes in 350 oven. Serves: 24
