1 lb. pork sausage
1 can diced tomatoes (do not use fresh tomatoes)
4 medium potatoes
2-4 small sweet onion

Directions:
Directions:
Grease casserole dish. Slice potatoes and layer on bottom of dish. Salt and pepper pototoes. Slice onions and layer on top of pototoes. Brown sausage and drain well. Layer sausage on top of onions. Layer diced tomotoes on top of sausage. Cook 325 for 1 hour. Cover with aluminum foil for the first 30 minutes.
