1 c sugar
2 T water
Let set about 1 hour.
Place sugar, water and 1 egg white in double boiler over boiling water and beat for 7 minutes, or until the consistency to spread.

Directions:
Directions:
An electric hand mixer comes in very handy for this icing. It will be smooth and fluffy and very good on an angel food cake.
