2/3 cup water
1/3 cup butter or margarine
2/3 cup all purpose flour
1/8 teaspoon salt
3 eggs
2 cups milk 2 pkg. of instant vanilla pudding
2 pinches nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Combine water and butter in medium saucepan bring to a boil. Add flour and salt together, stirring vigorously over medium - high heat until mixture leaves sides of pan and forms a smooth ball. Remove from heat and cool four to five mins. Add eggs, one at a time, beating thoroughly with a wooden spoon after each addition: then beat until dough is smooth. Using a teaspoon, spoon mixture on to pan. Bake @ 400 for 20 mins. or until puffed and golden brown. Cool.

Cream Filling: 2 cups milk, 2 (31/2 oz.) package instant vanilla pudding, 2 pinches ground nutmeg.
Pour 2 cups milk into a bowl. Add pudding mixes. Mix with hand beater at lowest speed for 1-2 mins. fold in pinches of ground nutmeg. Spoon mixture into cake decorating bag. Insert tip into the side of each puff and pipe in the filling (approx. size of a hershey's kiss. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
