2 large cans of Crescent rolls
2 ( 8oz ) packages of Cream Cheese
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup of sugar
1 large egg, separated
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Spread 1 can of rolls in bottom of 9X13 ungreased baking pan. Cream together cream cheese, 3/4 cup of sugar, egg yolk and vanilla until smooth., spread over crust in pan. Roll out 2nd can of rolls and place over top of cream cheese mixture. Beat remaining egg whites until frothy. Brush over crust then sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup of sugar and chopped pecans.
Bake in oven 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown.
