10 roma tomatoes, divided
optional: 8 jalapenos, divided
1/2 bunch fresh cilantro, minced
1 onion
6 to 10 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 T lemon juice
1 T lime juice
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Cut up favorite vegetables for a side dish add ingredients. Cover with plastic and refrigerate.
