1 - 71/2 oz. can crab meat
3 T. fine soft bread crumb's
1 T. dry sherry (optional)
1 tsp. chopped chives
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. salt
5 slices bacon cut in 3rds

Directions:
Directions:
Drain crab meat: remove any shell or cartilage. Chop crab meat and combine with all ingredients except bacon. Mix thoroughly, chill 1 hour. Shape a tablespoon of mixture into a roll:wrap each roll with bacon and secure with a wooden toothpick. Place rolls in shallow pan or broiler pan. Bake 400
for 20 min. or Broil 4-5 inches from heat for 8 min. or until bacon is crisp. Drain on paper towel and serve.
