1 c. soy sauce
2 c. sugar
3 c. water
ginger root, the size of a quarter
3 garilc clove

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and heat until sugar is melted, do not bring to a boil. Allow to cool and pour over meat of your choice. Allow to marinate at least 24 hours, longer if desired.
