1 cup warm water
1 pkg dry yeast
2 tbsp sugar
2 1/4 cup flour
1 tsp salt
1 egg
2 tbsp veg oil

Directions:
Directions:
Measure warm water into large bowl. Sprinkle in yeast, dissolve. Stir in sugar, when it starts to bubble (maybe 5 minutes), add salt and 1/2 of the flour. Mix well, add beaten egg and oil. Mix well, then add the remaining flour. Mix until smooth. Let rise until double in size (about 30 minutes). Stir down and place into greased muffin tins, filling 1/2 full. Let rise again for 20-30 minutes. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes. Serve hot.
