1 box large white mushrooms
1 1/2 cups seasoned breadcrumbs
1 egg beaten
1 small onion minced
2 pats butter
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse the mushrooms; remove the stems. Set caps aside. Cut off the end of the stems. Discard the ends and mince the stems. Saute minced onion in 2 pat butter until soft. Mix the stems, crumbs, onions, egg, and cheese thoroughly. Mound the mixture on the mushroom caps. Drizzle lightly with olive oil. Extra mixture may be scattered in casserole. Bake in lightly oiled casserole at 350F for 45 minutes, covered.
