1 head Napa cabbage ( long loose leaf thinly sliced )
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1/2 stick butter
2 pkgs ramen noodles, discarding seasoning packets
1/2 c sesame seeds
1/2 c slivered almonds
1 c sugar
1 c Canola oil
1/2 c vinegar
2 Tbsp soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Remove heart of cabbage. Saute ramen noodles ( broken up into little pieces ), sesame seeds and almonds in melted butter over low flame until browned. Set aside. Mix sugar, oil, vinegar and soy sauce to make dressing. Add dressing to noodle mixture, cabbage and chopped onions just before serving.
