4 cups apples, diced (about 3 apples)
1/2 cup oil
2 eggs , well beaten
2 cups flour
1 tsp cinnamon
2 cups sugar
3/4 cup nuts, chopped
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsp soda
1 tsp salt


1/2 cup margarine
1 cup brown sugar
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup cream or milk
2 T flour

Cake: Mix cake ingredients well. Bake at 350 for 1 hour in a greased 9x13 pan.

Sauce: Cook all ingredients over medium low heat until mixture thickens Serve warm sauce over cake.
