2 medium sweet potatoes 2 Tbsp olive oil salt and pepper paprika
Preheat oven to 450º. Peel 2 medium sweet potatoes and slice as thinly as possible. Toss with 2 Tbsp of olive oil and spread into a thin layer on a cookie sheet. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika. Bake about 20 mins or until crispy.
