Ingredients:
1 pound chuck beef
1 egg
1 c bread crumbs
1/3 c catsup
salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together by hand. Place in loaf pan and bake for 50 mins @ 350.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
For a lower fat version, once meat mixture has been placed in loaf pan, invert loaf pan onto baking sheet, allowing the meatloaf to fall on baking sheet. Remove loaf pan and bake as directed above. Excess fatty juices will run off the loaf vs. being absorbed into the meatloaf.
