6 medium potatoes 1/4 c. butter 1 can cream of chicken soup 2 tsp. minced onions 1 small container sour cream 1 1/2 - 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese Bread crumbs 2 T. melted butter salt to taste
Boil potatoes until tender, cool and grate, salt to taste. Heat butter & soup together, blend in sour cream, onions, & cheese. Stir in pototatoes. Spray pan with cooking spray add potatoe mixture, top with bread crumbs and melted butter. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.
