1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. whole wheat (not flour)
1/2 c. milk (might need more)
2 eggs (see note below)
1/3 c. oil
1 T. sugar
dash of salt
1 T. baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
On high speed, blend together for 3 minutes, 1 cup milk and whole wheat kernels (not flour). Add 1/2 cup more milk, blend 2 minutes more. Add eggs, oil, sugar, dash of salt, and baking powder. Blend until mixed. May add more milk if you want the mix thinner. Cook on a hot griddle.

This recipe uses whole wheat kernals.
For lighter pancakes, separate eggs and beat whites until stiff and fold into batter.
