1 cup milk 3/4 cup whole wheat kernels 2 eggs 2 tablespoons sugar or honey 1/4 cup cooking oil 2 tablespoons baking powder 3/4 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt
Put milk & whole wheat kernels in a heavy duty blender and blend for 4 minutes. While blending assemble the remaining ingredients, then add and blend a few seconds and pour on a lightly oiled hot griddle for the lightest and most delicious melt-in-your mouth pancakes.
