2 boxes of Stove Top Stuffing 4 boneless skinless chicken breast 1 can cream of mushroom soup 3 boiled eggs 3 tbsp. vegetable oil 1-1 1/2 cup shredded cheese
Cube chicken and saute in oil. In casserole dish mix Stove Top as directed, add cream of mushroom soup to stuffing mix, add in chicken. Dice up boiled egg and add to mixture. Cover with shredded cheese and bake in 350 oven for about 30 minutes.
