1 large Walla Walla Sweet onion
1 cup liquid egg substitute
1-2 cups seasoned bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat to 400. Chop onion into rings and separate. Prepare baking sheet with Pam (if covering tray with foil, spray the foil too). Dip each ring into the egg liquid, then into the crumbs. Spread evenly on baking sheet. Repeat until your tray is full. Bake until tender - 20-30 minutes. Turn rings occasionally to prevent sticking and to ensure even cooking. Serve with BBQ sauce
