4 zucchini
chicken broth to cover
1 tsp curry powder
garlic powder to taste
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and slice zucchini; cover with canned chicken broth and 1 teaspoon curry powder and garlic powder to your liking. Cook until zucchini is soft. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly. Place some soup in a blender and blend until smooth. Add some cream cheese and blend again. Repeat until all the soup has been blended and you have used 8 oz of cream cheese. Enjoy hot or cold.
