6 eggs
1 qt. milk
1//4 tsp. salt
8 T. sugar
3 slice of bread (white, French, or Italian)

Directions:
Directions:
Break bread into small pieces. Place into bottom of 2 qt. baking dish.

Beat eggs well and add remaining ingredients. Pour over bread.

If using French or Italian bread, let sit in milk for 15 to 20 minutes before baking.

Bake at 400 for 20 to 25 minutes.

Another one of Mom Mom's delicious, yet, simple, desserts. I know that 3 slices of bread does not seem as though it is enough, but as usual she was always right.

Make sure that you serve it with either Brandy or Jack Daniels Sauce on the side. Mmmmm!
