3 - 14oz cans Stewed Tomatoes, slightly drained
1 - Yellow Wax Chili or Jalapeno
1/2 - 1 brown onion, chopped
1 bunch cilantro, chopped
juice of 1 lime or lemon
1 tsp of lemon pepper
1 tsp garlic salt

Directions:
Directions:
In a food processor or blender add stewed tomatoes and chili that has been sliced. Blend for 5 seconds or until chili is well chopped. Pour into large bowl. Add onion, cilantro, lime/lemon juice and seasonings. Mix and enjoy. Will keep in fridge for about 3 days, but best if used within 1 day.
