2 small jars marinated artichoke hearts
3/4 lb. grated cheddar cheese
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1 small onion
1 clove garlic
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp. oregano
4 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Drain artichokes and reserve juice from one jar. Chop onion and garlic, and saute in artichoke juice until onion is limp. Chop the artichokes, and all the rest. Mix all together and put into a greased 8"x11" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Cool and cut into small pieces.
