1 devils food cake mix
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 heath toffee chips
1 smuckers caramel sundae syrup
1 cool whip extra creamy

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare and bake cake mix according to package directions in a 9x13 pan. Immediately poke top of cake every 1/2 inch or so with handle of wooden spoon. Drizzle entire can of sweetened condensed milk evenly over cake. Sprinkle cake with 2/3 package of toffee chips. Drizzle caramel syrup over cake. Cover and refrigerate until cool. Spread cool whip and top with remaining toffee chips. Cover and refrigerate.
