4 c sugar
1 14oz can evaporated milk
1 c butter or margarine
1 12 oz pkg. chocolate chips
1-pint marshmallow cream
1 c nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, milk, and butter. Cook over med. heat to softball stage. (236 degree). Stirring frequently, remove from heat. Add chocolate chips, marshmallow cream and vanilla, nuts. Stir until melted and blended. Pour into 13x9x2 pan lined with parchment paper. Cool, lift out and cut.
