1/2 pound butter or margarine
2 cups light corn syrup
2 cups sugar
2 15 ounce cans "Eagle Brand" sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup sifted flour
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In heavy saucepan melt butter. Add corn syrup and sugar. Boil for 5 minutes over medium heat stirring constantly. Add 1-1/2 cans of sweetened condensed milk. Mix flour thoroughly with remaining milk then add to corn syrup mixture. Boil till mixture darkens and forms a medium hard ball stage (240º). Stir constantly or mixture will stick ! ! ! !
Add vanilla and pour into buttered 9" X 13" X 2" cake pan. (Teflon pan works well). Allow to cool. Cut into 1 inch pieces with sharp buttered knife. Wrap pieces in small squares of waxed paper.
