2 cups sifted flour
1/2 cup sugar
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup salad oil
3/4 cup milk
1 beaten egg
1/3 cup ground pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients, add remaining ingredients and drop heaping teaspoonsful into hot oil (deep enough so doughnuts will float). Cook until crusty brown. Remove and roll in powdered sugar.
