1 package yeast
1/4 cup warm water
1 egg
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup shortening
1 cup sweet milk
3-1/4 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in water. Mix as for roll dough. Let raise until double, put out on floured board. Pat out (don't roll) cut and let raise. Fry in hot oil.
