1 c flour
3/4 tsp soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 c raisins
c soft shortening
11/3 c brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 c Quick cooking oats

Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingred. together Cream shortening, sugar. Add eggs and vanilla, beat until smooth, 2 minutes Stir in oats and raisins Drop by heaping tsp onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees 1215 minutes.
