Ingredients:  
1 large chopped onion
2 cloves garlic - minced
1 Tbs olive oil
3 (14oz) cans beef broth
1 (16oz) can stewed tomatoes
1 1/2 - 1 3/4 cups picante sauce or salsa
1 tsp basil - crushed
2 pkgs dried cheese filled tortelli
1 green pepper - diced
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook onion and garlic in olive oil until tender. Add broth, tomatoes, picante sauce and basil. Bring to a boil and stir in tortelli. Simmer for 15 minutes. Stir in green pepper and simmer for 5 minutes more or until tortelli is tender. Serve with Parmesan cheese.
