5 tablespoons sifted flour 3/4 cup brown sugar 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 4 cups sliced apples 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese TOPPING 3/4 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup butter 3/4 cup flour
Mix first 6 ingredients and put in 9" X 13" pan. Mix topping ingredients and add to pan. Bake 45 minutes at 350º.
