LAYER 1
1 cup flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 cup melted oleo
1/4 cup chopped nuts
LAYER 2
8 ounces of cream cheese
2/3 cup powdered sugar
1/2 large carton Cool Whip
LAYER 3
2-1/2 cups cold milk
2 packages instant pistachio pudding
LAYER 4
1/2 large carton Cool Whip
Chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients for LAYER 1 and pat into greased 9" X 13" pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350. Let cool. Mix LAYER 2 ingredients and put on top of LAYER 1. Mix pudding and milk and add on top of LAYER 2. Spread remainder of Cool Whip over LAYER 3. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Refrigerate over night.
