1 lb. round steak (tenderized)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 envelope onion soup mix
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Cut steak into 1/2" x 2" strips. Heat oil in skillet, and brown steak strips over medium heat. Stir in cream of mushroom soup, onion soup mix, and water. Let simmer for about 20 minutes. Stir in sour cream and heat throughout.
