1 package cream cheese
1 cup cottage cheese
2 cups Cool Whip
1 cup boiling water
1 package (8 serving) Jell-O
1-1/2 cups ice cubes
1 can crushed pineapple, undrained
1/2 cup walnuts (optional)
1/4 cup cherries

Directions:
Directions:
Beat cream cheese until creamy, add cottage cheese, add 1 cup Cool Whip. Stir boiling water into jello for two minutes, add ice and stir (until it has the texture of an unbeaten egg white), stir in pineapple with juice. Add Jello to cream cheese mixture and add cherries and nuts.
