Ingredients:  
1 can sauerkraut
2 packages of shredded Swiss cheese
1 package of cream cheese
1 - 2 cups of sour cream
1 large package of corned beef lunch meat

Directions:
Directions:
Chop corned beef into pieces. Mix Swiss cheese, cream cheese and sour cream. Add sauerkraut and corned beef to cheese mixture and melt in crock pot. Serve hot with cocktail bread or crackers.
