10 large flour tortillas
1 package of cream cheese
2 16 ounce tubs of sour cream
1/2 package of taco seasoning
1 small can of chopped black olives
1 package of finely shredded cheese
1 - 2 tomatoes, chopped finely
1 onion chopped finely
1/2 head lettuce, chopped finely (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese, sour cream and taco seasoning together until creamy. Spread the mixture on the tortillas. Layer the lettuce, onion, tomato, cheese and black olives on each tortilla. Roll the tortillas and chill for an hour or two. Take out the tortillas before serving and cut them into one and 1/2 inch rolls. Serve chilled.
