1 box frozen chopped broccoli
2 cups cooked rice
3 tbsp butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can of milk
1 cup cubed American cheese
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped onions
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli and rice according to package directions. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Saute onions and celery in butter. Add soup and milk and then cheese. Simmer for 1-2 minutes. Add broccoli and rice and seasoning. Pour mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, until bubbly and lightly brown.
