8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. sour cream
garlic powder, 1/2 to 1 tsp.
1 medium tomato, chopped
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 jar salsa
cheddar cheese, 8 to 16 oz., grated

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese and sour cream until well blended. Add garlic powder to taste. Spread into serving dish. Sprinkle chopped tomato and green pepper on top of cream cheese mixture. Cover with salsa. Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Chill and serve with tortilla chips.
