4 lbs. chuck roast 2 c. beef broth 2 c. chopped onion 1 stick butter 4 T brown sugar 4 tsp. vinegar 1 20oz. bottle ketchup 6 T worcestshire sauce 2 T dry mustard 12 drops liquid hot sauce salt and pepper to taste
Cook roast until it shreads. Mix together remaining ingredients. Simmer 2 hours until thick. Add shredder beef. Serve on buns.
